From Pre-Planning to Final:
- Your Installation Supervisor will attend construction meetings along with the project team or designated team member. Logistical details along with coordination of other trades on site will be discussed (i.e. electricians). A pre-site checklist is created to record all commitments made to the customer.
- Your Installation Supervisor, along with your Project Manager, will coordinate all deliveries and installations. The supervisor is responsible for noting any product discrepancies or damages and communicating all thru proper channels.
- Your Installation Supervisor will develop a punch list of outstanding items to be addressed. This form will be generated from a walk-thru done by the End User, Project Manager, and Supervisor. Once the punch list is acknowledged and signed by the customer, the supervisor will coordinate with manufacturers and vendors as necessary to expedite all.
- Once product is installed, the Installation Supervisor will ensure all products are clean and in working order.
